Not really that big a boast in Scotland in November. But I was fifteen minutes into my run before I saw a warm pink glow on the horizon. I ran for about 40 minutes, a shortened version of the Wheezer. (I was so sleepy I just plodded to the left and not right, missing the dark woods on the way out.) The running is very easy, I'm not really pushing myself much but getting out of bed is such an achievement I just bask all day with delight at the fact that I've managed it.
I'm too busy at work to make this interesting today, sorry fans. (: The fourth pillar of democracy must stand or the edifice of our civilisation will crumble. So there. That's my excuse and I'm sticking with it...
