Sunday I had a lovely run at dusk, on the flat cycle path from the amusingly named Bogside to Carnock. I was carrying one of those kinetic torches so the cars would see me on the final stretch of road and it's never glowed so brightly for so long. 59 minutes, 30 secs. Easy.
