Short and Fast.

Yep, that's me I'm talking about. It was darker than a Lars Von Trier film this morning at 7am, so I went out for a quick run around the relatively empty streets of Glenboig. I was aiming for a 20 minute sprint but to be honest, I was a bit sleepy so it was probably more like a 20 minute stumble. It FELT fast.

This afternoon, in anticipation of the First Minister's Xmas party followed by a dinner in Leith, I went for a walk in Holyrood park.
